$72,800–$101,920 per year (based on years of experience).

• RN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the organization.
• Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
• Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families, and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with all disciplines.
• Keep the Director of Nursing (DON) informed of any changes in resident condition.
• Chart all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents, following established procedures.
• Perform all responsibilities in a manner that exhibits the Integritus mission, vision, and core values.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license as an RN.
• Previous nursing experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required.
