The Hyperbaric Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all patient care within the Center, including clinical care, case management, compliance with regulations and policies, staff development, quality data, patient satisfaction, and outcomes.

• Supervise staff with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently.
• Exercise sound critical decision-making.
• Oversee outpatient setting operations.
• Manage wound care and hyperbaric medicine procedures.
• Develop and implement staff training and education.
• Maintain quality data and performance metrics.
• Ensure positive working relationships with the Program Director, Medical Director, and related services.

• Minimum qualifications required unless stated otherwise.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience in outpatient setting.
• Experience treating chronic wounds required.
• Experience in wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferred management/supervisory experience.
• Preferred knowledge of billing and coding guidelines.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Provides documentation of graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current RN license in the state of employment.
• Certification in wound care within one year of eligibility.
