Job Overview
Produce products in a timely and efficient manner for the customers.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate various machines and assemble parts as directed by Cell Lead.
- Read and understand bill of materials and blueprints or drawings.
- Communicate with Cell Lead on all issues related to discrepancies on drawings or BOM.
- Work closely with the Quality Department to conduct inspections during the production process and verify product meets customer specifications and industry standards.
- Operate air and power tools as needed to aid in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain productivity at levels that match or exceed production standards.
- Follow safety rules and use safe procedures.
- Keep all tools and supplies put away in the appropriate location on a daily basis. Keep work area clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiar with Excel.
- Read and understand blueprints/drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Communicate effectively. Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Knowledge of various types of equipment such as:
- Air and power tools
- Micrometers, calipers, rulers, tape measures and gauges
- Ability to work independently.
- Continuous standing, moving and reaching with arms and hands.
- Frequently walks, bends, lifts and carries items.
- Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs.
- Work performed in a shop environment.
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors.

Compensation- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.00/Hour + 10% Shift Differential = $19.80/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
