Performs manual and machine operator tasks related to cutter and laminator machines and operation and set‑up of bindery equipment.

3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

• Ability to set up, maintain and operate 100" and 65" programmable guillotine cutter and 36" and 54" laminator
• Confirms conformance of finished work to job ticket specifications, using measuring instruments such as tape measures and calipers.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Advises temporary workers that may work with you.
• Problem solving.
• Maintains clean workstation and cleans work area prior to end of shift.
• Adheres to all safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Position may require overtime, weekends, shift adjustments, or holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of transferable work experience, or 520 hours as temporary employee, along with manager approval to hire full‑time.

• Previous experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution, and/or fulfillment.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in any language (including ASL) preferred.

• Basic computer skills including email, basic mouse, keyboard, and menu navigation.
• Knowledge of general safety procedures.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement.
• Ability to communicate/understand basic written and verbal instructions.
• Problem solving skills.

• Lift up to 50 lbs constantly throughout the day.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Knowledge of general safety procedures.
• Basic math and computing knowledge.
• Ability to follow a schedule.

The national pay range for this role is listed below. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based on, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
