Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Help Desk Support professional to assist with daily IT operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will support end users, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth computing operations across the organization.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with early-career IT experience who is looking to grow their technical skillset.

• Serve as an IT liaison for computing operations
• Respond to and resolve assigned help desk tickets in a timely manner
• Provide support to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, user accounts, and assign appropriate security levels
• Manage software and hardware inventory
• Maintain and update IT documentation
  
  Organize server room and IT storage areas
• Support network and security-related tasks as needed

• 1+ year of experience in Help Desk, Customer Service IT support, or PC Technician role
• Experience with computer and printer maintenance and repair

• Associate’s Degree required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Microsoft O365
• Firewall concepts
• Network security and protocols
• Desktop and laptop hardware support
