, ensuring smooth transport operations in the container haulage industry.

• Schedule and route vehicles to meet customer deadlines.
• Provide drivers with clear instructions; manage live changes.
• Optimize loads to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Be the main contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor trips, resolve delays, and keep operations on track.
• Ensure compliance with transport laws and safety standards.
• Must have TMS (TOPS) experience.
• Update and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate delivery updates to clients and handle inquiries.

• Experience in container transport planning or traffic operations.
• Knowledge of UK road networks and transport regulations.
• Confident using TMS (TOPS preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, team-first attitude.
• Able to work overtime to achieve your targets and stay calm under pressure.
