I am currently recruiting in behalf of a well established client in Grays, Thurrock for a permanent Security Supervisor. The hours are a 4 on 4 off rotational pattern based on 2 shifts 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am. The role is paying £35,444 per annum and you MUST have an SG/DS License AND a CCTV License.
The role will include
- Working alongside management to implement company policies and changes
- Leadership & Motivational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Be involved in recruitment and training of staff
- Be computer literate
The ideal candidate must have
- A Security & CCTV License
- A proven track record in a similar supervising role
- The ability to work as a team and on your own initiative
