Strategic Property Surveyor needed in Grays Paying £46.07 per hr
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strategic asset management across the property portfolio.
- Undertake valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and property negotiations.
- Manage acquisitions and disposals to support business objectives.
- Provide professional advice on property-related matters to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and industry standards.
- MRICS qualification (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of property law, valuation, and asset management principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex property transactions and negotiations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
