Hours:
37 hours per week, term time + INSET days + 3 weeks during school holidays

Think Education Partners is supporting a forward‑thinking academy to appoint an experienced Business Manager, a key leadership role responsible for driving high‑quality operations across finance, HR, ICT, administration, facilities, and wider school services.

The Role
As the academy’s Business Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across all non‑teaching functions. Working closely with the Head of School and Catalyst Academies Trust, you will ensure that resources, systems, and services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the school’s educational vision.
You will lead on:
* Strategic Leadership
* Finance
* HR
* Administration & ICT
* Facilities, Health & Safety & Lettings
* Catering
