• As a Project Manager, you will join the company's existing management team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for the onsite management of the project, ensuring it is managed within time and budget.
• You will have direct responsibility of all site staff, ensuring they are motivated and able to complete the task at hand.
• As a Project Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contract and its duration, have a clear understanding of the client, project expectations and requirements and you'll play a key role within their senior management team.

• For this opportunity, only professionals who hold a solid background in Demolition / General Enabling Works (demolition, substructure and superstructure) or cut and carve will be considered.
• Regarding software, this client uses the usual Microsoft programmes, standard email functions and Asta Power Project for planning / programming works. Project Managers will be required to use all these tools.

• Salary and range: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience and suitability.
