Responsibilities- Assess patients in their own homes and support them to regain independence through goal-oriented, person-centred rehab.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and Therapy Support Workers in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
- Benefit from supervision, mentoring, and quality improvement opportunities. You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills through post-graduate training and service innovation.
- Operational and professional supervision from an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to ensure you’re supported while shaping the future of community rehab in Moray.
