This is your chance to work in a therapy-led, innovative service that supports patients transitioning from hospital to home, focusing on rehabilitation, independence, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients in their own homes and support them to regain independence through goal-oriented, person-centred rehab.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and Therapy Support Workers in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Benefit from supervision, mentoring, and quality improvement opportunities. You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills through post-graduate training and service innovation.
  • Operational and professional supervision from an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to ensure you’re supported while shaping the future of community rehab in Moray.

Who We’re Looking For
  • A qualified, HCPC registered Physiotherapist with post-graduate experience and a passion for community rehab.
  • A full UK driving license, access to a vehicle with business insurance.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is eager to innovate.
