School Examinations Officer.

Permanent Contract.

School based in Thurrock.

£23500 – £25500 + Fringe Allowance.

38 weeks per year + INSET + 5 days during exam results season (32 hours per week).

Active Recruitment are currently recruiting for a School Examinations officer to manage and administer the school’s examinations and provide administrative support to the leadership team.

Our client is a successful school based in Thurrock, Essex. Knowledge of working with SIMS and various exam boards would be welcome but is not essential.

The school can offer a permanent contract commencing February 2026. The role will be for 32 hours per week, 38 weeks of the year including 5 days during the exam results period.

Experience of working in a school environment is essential. The school can also consider those applicants with relevant school admin experience who are looking for further training within the capacity of exams or data officer.
