Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher:

• Facilitate engaging, pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 when the regular teacher is unavailable.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages pupil participation and curiosity.
• Establish positive relationships with students and staff swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain a calm and orderly classroom by upholding the school’s behaviour expectations.
• Share observations and brief feedback with teaching staff to support ongoing pupil development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2).
• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and classroom expectations.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
