• Lesson Delivery: Teach pre-planned lessons across different year groups, ensuring that the high standards of the school are maintained.
• Classroom Atmosphere: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment using the school's behaviour and reward systems.
• Feedback & Handover: Provide thorough marking for the work completed and leave a concise report for the permanent teacher to ensure a seamless transition.
• Student Engagement: Adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of the students in Grays, ensuring every child can access the curriculum.
• Reliability: Be a dependable presence in the school, arriving on time for morning briefings and contributing to the school's daily routine.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a valid UK teaching qualification.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the current National Curriculum (Primary or Secondary).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
• Compliance: An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
• Location Access: Ideally suited for those based in Upminster, or Grays, with easy access via local bus routes.
