A construction and refurbishment company based in Grays is seeking an Estimator to manage pricing for domestic property extensions and refurbishments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to liaise with clients and sub-contractors, a good understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Salary starts at £40,000 with benefits including a company vehicle and 20 days paid holiday.
