Our nursery in Grays is seeking a fully qualified Level 3 practitioner to join our wonderful and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive setting that puts children's happiness and development at the heart of everything we do.

• Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 3-5 years that supports learning through play and exploration.
• Plan, observe, and assess children s development effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support children s happiness and development.

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Experience working with children aged 3-5 years
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring, and enthusiastic approach
