Role Overview
We are recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for a well‑established early years setting in Grays. This full‑time position offers excellent pay, flexible hours and on‑site parking, ideal for experienced professionals seeking a new role.
Responsibilities- Support children’s emotional, physical and educational development.
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents/carers.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.
Hours options:
- 8:00am – 6:00pm, 4 days per week
- 9:00am – 5:00pm, 5 days per week
Pay:
From £13.69 per hour
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Care‑giving, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
