About the department

This position sits within the People Services Operations Team and provides essential administrative support during the transition to improved employee and manager self-service functionality in Oracle. Until these system enhancements are implemented, the postholder will support Learning & Development (L&D) and broader People Services administrative activities, including responding to Helpdesk queries and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

As a People Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Support administrative duties for Learning and Development including, but not limited to, creating courses on Oracle, updating attendance registers and booking rooms.
  • Responding to HR Helpdesk queries relating to policy, processes and Oracle system support
What We're Looking For
  • Accurate Data Input experience
  • At least 12 months' administrative experience
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Microsoft Office including Share Point
  • Experience of working in an office environment
Essential qualifications
  • 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (A-C) including Maths and English
