You will manage customers/relationships with existing accounts.

- Act as the primary liaison, delivering exceptional customer service
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with Program Managers on new product development and design transfer initiatives
- Maintain consistent communication to strengthen client relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Prepare and present quotes for new and ongoing programs
- Develop and manage schedules to support customer deliverables
- Provide ongoing account support to ensure program retention
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries
- Provide internal reporting on account performance and status
- Recommend products and services to enhance client satisfaction
- Partner with Business Development to secure new value-driven business
- Mentor and guide Associate Account Managers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while driving margin improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly present business and technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Self-driven with exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and resource planning
- Solid understanding of business management principles, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven track record of growing and retaining customer accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technical field
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience
