We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented accounting professional who wants more than transactional work, someone who enjoys owning core accounting processes, partnering with leadership, and contributing to financial accuracy across a growing, multi-location organization. Accountant (Mid-Level) Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
- Analyze financial variances and provide explanations to leadership
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Net Suite experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in retail, service, distribution, or multi-location operations preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Frequent use of standard office equipment
- Occasional movement throughout the office environment
Ability to lift or move office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
