We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented accounting professional who wants more than transactional work, someone who enjoys owning core accounting processes, partnering with leadership, and contributing to financial accuracy across a growing, multi-location organization. • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
• Analyze financial variances and provide explanations to leadership
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Net Suite experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in retail, service, distribution, or multi-location operations preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
