Are you an organised, fast-thinking Transport Coordinator who thrives in a busy depot environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading supermarket operations, playing a key role in keeping stores stocked and supply chains moving.
Based out of our Northfleet depot, you’ll be at the heart of daily transport operations, working closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and planners to ensure smooth, efficient deliveries — every single day.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating daily transport movements from depot to store

• Managing driver schedules, route plans, and last-minute changes

• Monitoring delivery performance and resolving issues quickly

• Communicating with warehouse teams to align loading and dispatch

• Ensuring compliance with transport legislation and company procedures

• Keeping accurate records and updating transport systems

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics coordination role

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure

• Confident communicator — calm, clear, and solution-focused

• Good working knowledge of transport compliance and best practice

• Comfortable with early starts and a fast-paced environment
