Saturday – Wednesday | 6:00am – 4:00pm (50hrs)

The Role We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join our busy workshop, working on a modern fleet of Volvo FH trucks and trailers.
This is an ideal opportunity for an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic who wants consistent hours, strong earning potential, and the chance to work on a premium, well-maintained fleet.

Key Responsibilities As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic, your duties will include:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HGV trucks and trailers
Performing diagnostics, inspections, and fault-finding
Completing routine maintenance and safety checks
Ensuring all work meets DVSA standards
Maintaining high levels of safety and workshop housekeeping

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic

Experience with modern trucks such as Volvo FH models preferred
Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent) desirable
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Reliable and able to work early shifts
