Job Overview
We are currently looking for experienced SIA Door Supervisors to join our team at ESG Security, based at Gravesham Hospital in Gravesend.
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Access control
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Promote health and safety awareness
- Previous experience in security
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidates should have proven experience in the security sector and possess a full UK driving licence. We are looking for someone who is smart and approachable and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- IT Skills
Morning: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Night: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
PayRate of Pay: £13.50 per hour.
