HSB Technical Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work across multiple sites in Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire. This is a hands‑on working supervisor role, supporting works progression while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

The successful candidate will supervise mechanical activities while also carrying out practical tasks on site, working closely with fitters and travelling to sites in a company-supplied van to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Acting as a working supervisor, assisting with day-to-day works progression
• Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met on site
• Completing and managing permits to work and related documentation
• Supervising and carrying out mechanical installation works
• Mechanical scope to include steel work such as hand railing and platforms
• Liaising with site teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently and safely

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Fitter
• Wastewater industry experience preferred, but other relevant mechanical backgrounds will be considered
• Strong understanding of H&S procedures and permit systems
• Ability to work hands‑on while supervising others
• Full UK driving licence
