Are you a dedicated Family Solicitor seeking your next challenge? Our client, a respected law firm in Gravesend, offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, enjoy real career progression, and join a collaborative, supportive team.

Location: Gravesend, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

You’ll join a forward-thinking firm that values your expertise and supports your ongoing professional development in a positive environment.

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, children matters, and domestic abuse cases
• Advise and support clients with empathy and professionalism
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Represent clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, at court
• Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and external professionals
• Keep up to date with changes in family law and best practice
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

• 3–6 years’ PQE as a Family Solicitor
• UK private practice experience
• Strong technical knowledge of family law, including divorce, finances, and children matters
• Excellent client care, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
