This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a primary background who thrives in small, nurturing class environments.

?? About the Role The school is looking for a confident practitioner who can deliver:
Phonics interventions they use the Little Wandle programme so experience of that would be great but not essential Early reading support Targeted academic interventions across small SEND classes 1:1 and small-group learning to help pupils make meaningful progress Youll work closely with teachers and the intervention team to provide structured, high-quality support tailored to individual needs. ?? Ideal Candidate This role suits someone who:
Holds HLTA status or has equivalent experience Has a primary teaching or support background Understands phonics and early reading development Is comfortable working in a SEND environment with small class sizes Brings patience, consistency, and a nurturing approach ?? Hours & Commitment Monday to Friday 8.30am 3.30pm One after-school meeting per week Long-term supply placement within a supportive SEND school ??
