We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming school refurbishment project in Gravesend.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on school or education-sector projects
* Enhanced DBS (must be current or able to obtain)
* Strong knowledge of refurbishment works
* Ability to manage subcontractors, programme, and site safety
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (preferred/expected)
Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and school representatives
* Maintain site records, RAMS, and compliance documentation
* Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding procedures
