Nursery Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery Manager based in Gravesend, Kent. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety for children.

Responsibilities include managing nursery staff, implementing safeguarding measures, creating a nurturing learning environment, liaising with parents and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. The role also requires maintaining records and administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the nursery.

• Experience in Nursery and Nursery Management
• Proficiency in Safeguarding and ensuring the safety and well-being of children
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and parents
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
• Leadership and organizational skills for managing teams and operations
• Relevant certification or qualifications in child care, early education, or equivalent
• Experience in an educational or child-centered setting is highly advantageous
• Level 4 Early Years Qualification preferred
