Field Service Technician: Warranty & On-site Service

A home improvement company in Grass Valley seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle warranty and chargeable services. The ideal candidate has experience in exterior home improvements, confident in using ladders and is able to communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities include executing scheduled service work, collecting payments, and maintaining service records. The role requires a valid Driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

This is a full-time position with work hours Monday to Friday.
