Merchandising Sales Associate

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance and working scheduled shifts, typically Monday through Thursday.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards and performing store measurements.
• Completing inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
• Executing price changes and hanging signage appropriately.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensuring planogram integrity and delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Providing peak coverage as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Work shifts usually range from 4 to over 8 hours.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Occasional overhead lifting, and frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete training.
