Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Crew members to join our team! The staff are the face of our restaurant and play an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. The positions available are cashier, Fountain, and grill cooks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Take food orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure satisfaction
• Manage the dining room and prep during slow times

• Ensure all products go out according to company specs
• Greet and assist all customers while handing out food
• Keep a clean and organized area while working
• Work well in a team setting
• Be trainable and willing to learn new ideas

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not required
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
