We are looking for Part Time or Full Time Family Nurse Practitioners to join the Team and provide care to underserved communities with a wide scope of family medicine in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative setting.

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting.
• Being part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments.

• 5+ years outpatient experience.
• Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board Certified.
• Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved.
• Active CA  Driver's License.

• Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.
• 27 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked).
