Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor video systems including routers, switchers, encoders, and decoders.
• Operate and manage digital signage software and hardware systems.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on video equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve video signal issues in real-time, and resolve technical issues related to digital signage systems
• Collaborate with technical directors, broadcast engineers, and production teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
• Manage video feeds for live events, ensuring seamless switching and minimal latency.
• Maintain logs and documentation of system performance and incidents.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of video systems for events or productions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in video and digital signage operations.
• Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and signal flow.
• Familiarity with video routing systems (e.g., Analogy Way, Grass Valley, Blackmagic).
• Familiarity with digital signage systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Degree or certification in Broadcast Technology, Media Production, or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, with basic skills in written and verbal English communication.
• Good with general hand tools for operations and repairs, basic / general knowledge regarding signal flow, hardware installation practices, and general computer knowledge.
