Director of Rehabilitation (RPT / SLP / OT / COTA) Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team.

• Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post-acute setting
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

• Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP or COTA license in the state of California

• We offer a competitive hourly rate ($53.00 to $63.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry.
• PTO – 15 days to start. Accrue up to 30 days of PTO with yearly increases up to a maximum of 30 days.
• 6 paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement pay each year.
• A 401(K) retirement program with a company match of 25% up to the first 4% of your deferral each payroll.
