Radiology Physician

Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Dates of coverage needed:
• 2/24-2/28
• 3/10-3/14
• 3/24-3/28
• 7/7-7/11
• 7/21-7/25
• 7/28-8/1
• on going coverage, two weeks per month

Monday-Friday two weeks per month. Ideal schedule would be 1st and 3rd week of the month or 2nd and 4th week of the month.
Shift time: 8a-4p Any call? No
Setting:
Outpatient Clinic Duties:
Reading studies of all modalities in addition to diagnostic mammograms with breast biopsies Required Procedures:
Read Mammo, PET and perform breast biopsies EMR:
Cerner Support Staff:
Radiology techs, US techs, other support staff Credentialing Information: 90-120 days hospital and foundation privileges required. Hospital and Foundation privileges

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
• CA Active license Required
• Availability at time of name clear (Specific dates and blackout dates required for presentation)
  Required
• Residency Required (Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and biopsies)
• Clean Malpractice Highly Preferred
• BLS/ACLS and DEA Required during credentialing
