Location: Grapevine, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM start time | 8-hour shift; end time dependent on workload | No rotating schedule.

• Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in a warehouse administrative or warehouse support role
• Strong clerical skills, including data entry and documentation management
• Familiar with shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices)
• Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs occasionally
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices, etc.)
• Enter and update data in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams
• Track and reconcile inventory; assist with cycle counts and audits
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipment status
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Support general warehouse operations, including organizing materials and assisting with receiving as needed
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures
