DX Electric Company has partnered with Hueman to find a Customer Service/Inside Sales for their location in Grapevine, Texas.

DX Electric is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting both our customers and our outside sales team by providing exceptional service, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth order and quote processes.

DX Electric Company, founded in 1970, is a leading electrical supply company with offices and fully stocked warehouses in Dallas and Houston. DX Electric Company services customers nationwide, offering excellent product knowledge, aggressive pricing, and same day shipping.

• Provide phone and email support for incoming sales inquiries from customers and the outside sales team.
• Manage assigned accounts, including order processing, quoting, and driving account growth.
• Support outside sales representatives with orders, quotes, and occasional procurement of parts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

• Understanding of electrical parts or technical product knowledge.
• Medical Insurance: DX covers 100% of the employee’s premium for our ABA PPO plan (using the UHC network). Dependents can be added at the employee’s expense.
• Supplemental Insurance: DX covers 100% of American Fidelity supplemental coverage for employees and dependents on the employee’s primary plan. This plan offers reimbursements for certain medical expenses, including sick doctor visits and hospital stays.
