• Provide a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate the cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Help lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform assigned job duties
• When management is absent, provide backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, ensuring plan‑o‑gram compliance, ordering inventory, conducting product counts, maintaining equipment, and training new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma / GED or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation required
