Movement gyms feature bouldering, top-roping and lead climbing, as well as amenities like yoga studios, functional fitness and cardio zones, childcare, and retail pro shops. Each facility caters to participants of all abilities – from competitive athletes to weekend adventurers and families.
Presently, Movement is represented in greater Washington D.C., San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Fountain Valley, and Portland. - Verify Package Contents and Entering into RGP
- Manage Packing lists
- Inventory Spot Count and RGP updates
- Negative Inventory Check
- Warranty and RTV Management
- Investigating and Reporting Discrepancies
- Back Stock upkeep
- Special Order Management
- Processing and remerchandising used returns
- Shop Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Maintaining a featured product display
- Walk through checks to communicate needs to the Front Desk
- Stocking and Organization
- Meetings with ADR about task priority and mentorship
- Food/Drink
- Ordering Food and Drink
- Communicating needs with distributors
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Communicating with team about orders, choices, and challenges
- Maintaining Retail expectations for Front Desk
- Re‑training and providing feedback for desk
- Ad‑hoc training for Retail updates
- Be passionate about climbing gear and self‑motivated to acquire an in‑depth knowledge of gear currently available
- Able to work with infrequent direct oversight
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Maintain a strong record of follow‑through and effective communication
- Passionate about climbing and the climbing community
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word, and comfortable with math/data analysis
- Hourly, part‑time position with potential to grow into full‑time based on department success, starting at $14.50 hourly
- Role will work approximately 5 – 8 hours per week, additional hours in other departments possible depending on qualifications. Can be combined with other roles.
- Scheduled shifts that will vary week to week or month to month
- Scheduling may include nights and weekends
