Wrangler®, Lee® and Helly Hansen®. The Part-Time Sales Associate II supports store operations, customer engagement and merchandising standards while acting as Manager on Duty when necessary.

• Maximize store sales and achieve sales goals under store management direction.
• Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and maintain a positive work environment.
• Act as Manager on Duty when the only member of management in the store.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, brand experience and visual merchandising.
• Monitor store policies, loss prevention and safety procedures and report concerns.
• Communicate associate concerns to the Store Manager and support the Open‑Door Policy.
• Promote a respectful store culture and embrace Kontoor Brands values.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and multi‑tasking skills.
• Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule; availability for weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Hourly pay range: $12.00‑$16.00 per hour.
