Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team to help keep shelves stocked and support the operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you’ll be on the front lines of customer service, helping create a great shopping experience through friendly, helpful service.

• Ensure high-quality products are available for our members
• Maintain clean shelves, monitor temperature, verify expiration dates, and discard lesser-quality products
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.

Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per Company policies, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise.

Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchases, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.

Follow Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, adhering to Cold Chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to Management.
