The member assistant – cart attendant helps shape the member’s shopping experience by ensuring a well-kept area, assisting with purchases, and keeping carts available. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the go in all conditions, to deliver a positive member experience.
Base pay range$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
What you’ll do- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist members with loading items and transporting them as needed
- Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and ready for use; retrieve carts as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and promoting products and services
- Assist with purchases, processing payments according to company policies and procedures; utilize cash registers as needed
- Assist with pickup orders by notifying members of delays or unavailability and offering alternatives
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness and safety; conduct safety-related tasks and report hazards
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners

Preferred QualificationsCustomer Service;
Retail experience including operating a cash register;
Working with mobile retail applications
