• Culinary Craftsman:Prepare and supervise food items with precision, ensuring every dish meetshigh standards of quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Kitchen Captain:Lead andassistkitchen staff tomaintainefficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service.
• Solution Strategist:Anticipatechallenges and resolve issues proactively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
• Clear Communicator:
  
  Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity.
• Organization Operator:Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards.
• Proactive Performer:Take initiative byanticipatingneeds and acting before issues arise, keeping service seamless.
• Timekeeper of Taste:Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point.

• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Food Handlers Certification required.(mustcomply with State requirements)
• Able to work effectively under pressure,maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations anddeterminingthe best course of action
• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
