LOUNGE FLOOR ATTENDANT

Location: American Airlines - 2040 North International Parkway Terminal, Grapevine, TX 75261.

Schedule: Full‑time; days and hours may vary. Weekends and holidays required. Open availability.

Fixed Pay Rate: $18.86 per hour.

Requirements: Prior customer service experience required; experience in banquets or high‑volume restaurant preferred. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures accurate execution of all events during shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after, breaks down the setup, and returns leftover food and equipment to the facility in a timely manner.

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean location after event.
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards.
• Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit where required by state law.
