Overview
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. The ICU RN will provide high-acuity, patient-centered care to critically ill patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and response to treatment
- Administer medications and manage critical drips/equipment
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
- Maintain compliance with safety and clinical protocols
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
