This full‑time day shift position (8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, with weekend shifts as needed) offers an exciting opportunity to lead social work and case‑management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care.

As a Supervisor in Case Management RN, you will provide leadership for the social work and case management staff, supervise, interact, and guide the team to ensure quality and integrity of care and adherence to TJC and CMS regulations. It will entail being a Case Manager on the floor with an assignment, completing some admin work, and assisting with complex cases as needed.

• (RN) Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in the State of TX
• Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care setting
• Supervisory experience preferred
