OverviewTexas Oncology is looking for an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Grapevine, Tx location. This is a full‑time Monday – Friday position (8:30 am–5:00 pm) with no weekends, on‑call duty, or major holidays.

Long‑Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) is an incentive program that typically vests over a three‑year period and is tied to both individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology
. Awards are discretionary and based on position, performance, and potential for future career growth. LTIP awards are reviewed and approved during the annual compensation review. Under minimal supervision, the RN provides professional nursing care for patients adhering to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. Demonstrates knowledge of physiological, psychological, and developmental and age‑specific differences in the patient population (late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, elderly). Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to assess and manage patient/family needs. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and promote the continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices.
- Assess patient/family needs and provide teaching and instructional materials.
- Prepare and administer therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician.
- Administer all medications/blood products using correct dosage, route, time, and technique.
- Ensure pre‑authorization and appropriate consent forms are obtained prior to therapy administration where applicable.
- Facilitate dose modification by assessing patient/labs, consulting protocol or treatment plan, calculating dose, and consulting physician regarding dosage modifications, problems, and symptom management.
- Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, and maintain central line catheter devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assigned patient care and treatments provided.
- Apply knowledge of reimbursement procedures and charge capture.
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education; BSN preferred.
- Minimum 0–3 years of RN experience.
- Willing to consider entry, mid, or senior level candidates.
- Current RN state license with the state board of nursing in the practicing state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical RequirementsRequires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods. Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
