Role Summary

We re seeking a CCSF Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations and Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) compliance at our DFW location.

This role combines air freight operational leadership with oversight of TSA cargo screening compliance, and overall warehouse performance. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of safety and accountability.

What You ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse and air freight operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Manage CCSF compliance in accordance with TSA regulations.
• Supervise warehouse staff, leads, and screening personnel.
• Ensure cargo screening procedures meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Maintain audit readiness and oversee internal and external inspections.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational performance and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and safety metrics.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely freight movement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

What We re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, air freight, or logistics operations management.
• Experience with TSA CCSF regulations and cargo screening compliance strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, air export/import processes, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Cargo Wise or similar systems preferred.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Tuesday Saturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• Schedule may vary occasionally based on operational needs.
• This is a fully onsite position at our Grapevine, TX warehouse.
