Cleaning Technician

Commercial and Warehouse Cleaners – Irving

Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Shift 2: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

• Previous experience in commercial and warehouse cleaning (e.g., Jani King, Service Masters, etc.)
• Experience operating a floor scrubber (preferred)

• Must have a dependable vehicle, a driver’s license, and current car insurance
• Willingness to submit to a criminal and driving background check
• Willingness to submit to previous work history / project reference check

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas within warehouse and office space (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, emptying trash, etc.)
• Communicate effectively between Cleaning Supervisor and WBS upper management
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Work well with limited supervision
• Provide exceptional, professional cleaning services within scope of work provided upon hire
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Ability to stand for long time periods
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
