Shuttle Driver​/Bell person

Overview

Join our team as a Shuttle Driver at the Hilton DFW Lakes.

Your role goes beyond simply transporting guests. As our Shuttle Driver you are our guests’ first and last impression while guiding them seamlessly between the airport, their destinations, and our hotel and ensuring their journey is as pleasant as their stay. As a bell person you will assist guests with luggage, directions, delivering packages to their meeting rooms when needed.

This opening is for a PM shift. Full time or part time available.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide exceptional service, maintain a pristine vehicle, and be a knowledgeable resource for local information. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Drive guests to and from the airport
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout their journey
• Escort guests to rooms
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle van
• Provide information and concierge services, including directions and local recommendations
• Adhere to scheduled van runs and accommodate guest needs with efficiency and courtesy

• Prior driving experience for a hotel
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
